“This climb means so much more to me than just reaching the top”.
Matt Jupe was recently re-diagnosed from Parkinson’s to PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy), a rare condition that affects around 250 – 300 people across Ireland.
“It’s something very close to my heart, and I’m determined to do what I can to raise awareness and support for it. On the 22nd of August, alongside some incredible friends and family, I’ll be climbing Ben Nevis to raise funds for PSP. This challenge is my way of turning something difficult into something positive and hopefully helping make a difference.”

Ben Nevis looks great in this photo by Duncan Keane(byPixabay) but Ben Nevis is Scotland’s highest mountain and the largest mountain in the British Isles. The extinct volcano has a summit of 1345 meters (4,413ft ) with a changing tundra like climate and rough terrain. For 7 months of the year this mountain is covered in snow at top.
This is a real challenge. Please support Matt:. https://www.gofundme.com/f/psp-ireland
We wish Matt and his team success and a safe and wonderful climbing experience.
