ExWell medical provides a community based exercise programme for chronic illnesses. Classes are available online and at various venues around the country.

 Anyone with a long term condition can get a referral from their doctor for their local venue. They will receive an assessment of fitness and will start their exercises according to their ability. There are eleven different levels of intensity -so something to suit everybody.
